Re: Prints: Wow, that's a long wait. I have never ordered any prints. I have ordered greeting cards and calendars, and usually they arrived within the time promised.

Yes, the print arrived yesterday, from the USA, nearly one month!!!
I shall get my own done at Office Works, apparently the colour is really good and the printing quality excellent.

Wow, that's a long time to wait for a print. Not sure what makes the Redbubble prints more special than the ones you might get from the local printer. They seem very expensive at Redbubble. I do like their cards and calendars however, and I'm curious if their canvas prints are any good.

Great painting Freda, I just finished one with a lot of waves in the foreground (done in acrylic and I know how much fun and particular they are to do). The challenge for me was that it is a mostly overcast day in my picture and I don't have the same contrast of colours to work with. Take a look and let me know what you think when you have a moment. It looks good, Warren, it is hard when you have a cloudy sky, maybe you could have made up some reflections of the blue in the middle of the sky into the water.
And thanks for the :+fav: on The tide's turn.

That is a great point Freda, in the reference photo the blue it totally undetectable but I can think that even a subtle addition of it would work. It is the choppiness of the waves that tend to kill any reflection but I like the idea of it and going forward I will do that when I think things are too bland. You are very welcome for the :+fav: of your beautiful painting.
